They are still big Even if they lost that many customers... Not that I'm not satisfied but can't know why anyone is still using their inefficient system specially merchants and vendors. They are practically losing money for using PayPal in fees and in chargebacks.

I never was a fan of paypal, so it is obvious they are losing customers.
And besides, there is no guarantee that they are losing customers because of bitcoin.

That's because people are realizing Bitcoin's potential. 

Bitcoin to this day and age probably has not reached 57 million users yet so paypal losing that many customers is because of their own foolish decisions and not because people are migrating to bitcoin.
