Its Very Difficult to Predict the Price of Bitcoin Because  Bitcoin Price is Not Stable and It Can Goes From 700+$ No 1000+$ Anytime And Also It can Goes From 700$ To 400 Or Maybe More Down.....
So Its Not Possible to Predict the Good Time to Buy Bitcoins.....

Just buy bitcoins if the price is not that high but with bitcoins price today, I can say that it is not a good time to buy because the price is too high.

But if you think that the price of bitcoin is going to fall, don't hope for it.

Because I know that the price is not going to fall anymore or it will but not that too much, so you can just buy now today and you'll get some profit after increasing again.

This is the really hard part    when we do  intend to  find  profits on bitcoins. If you are  just trading  you would definitely find   the  lowest price as   possible   and wait for the  price increase  to gain some  profits but   if  you  just tend to keep  those  bitcoins  then  buying   off  to  the current price  would   be still okay if  youre  purpose   is for long term. to me although the price of bitcoin is now trading in a very very high price, but still i can say that it is the best time to invest as still there too much potential in the price of bitcoin and it can really reach to historical high price in next few months therefore still it is good time to buy it and hold it for the price increase.

Price of bitcoin grew gradually compared to the increase that happened in the past sessions when price was around $545. Price crossed $700 in a short than users expectation and now its getting bit stabilized around $725. This price might take a short break for the next increase in price as we were two months away from year ending.

After the recent dump of bitcoin I think that it is not a bad idea to buy a small portion of bitcoin as you mention 1/4 or 1/8.

But the difference if you want to sell after a while will not be much noticeable because the amount is small.

It all depends what are you going to do with these bitcoins, if you are going to hold then it worth, if you going to trade them immediately then you should check the market deeper.

Honestly there is still no assurance that the price will continues to rise soon we are heard many news here and outside of this forum but it is not the case that the price of bitcoin will continue to increase.. the price of bitcoin will always depends in demand and supply.. and for me i just relaying in old chart fluctuate before there is similarity fluctuate and i feel that the price of bitcoin soon will decrease.. and increase again before christmass and we will experience large crash on january.. this is just my own speculation.. anytime fluctuate can be change.
