15.000 satoshi is very high for faucet with only 100 satoshi for claim (already if is only every 10 minutes), because user get claim 150 time, add 150 captcha, and if later you don't pay ?
For this i don't use a new site without payment like faucetbox or similar

Are you using hotmail?i got the same problem when i tried to register but admin fixed it after a while,you can try using gmail if you don't want to wait.

i used a different email and it worked now. anyway i reffered many people but i still don't see anyone. i don't know if they had problem with confirmation email or they are just not appearing.

We really don't fix anything, it's working. But sometimes email comes with a delay. There are many reasons for this.
