I have been gambling on and off since I turned 18 and that's the legal age for gambling in my country  I started to gamble with cash online at first because it is much more convenient and also the promos and first deposit bonuses offer a better incentive than going to an offline betting office. I still place some bets with fiat when I can find far better odds than what the Bitcoin sportsbooks have. All in all Bitcoin didn't get me into gambling, but it gives me more options and a wide variety of online sportsbooks to place my bets on. But I know a lot of people who were introduced to gambling by using Bitcoin.

I used to gamble using fiat with liberty reserve and perfect money. Ever since I got introduced into bitcoin on this forum, I have used bitcoin instead of fiat to gamble. Another advantage in using bitcoin is you do not need to be verified to withdrawal.

Gambling made me know about bitcoin, I was an active fiat poker gambler at 2011-2014. Then I found k8poker when I was searching for alternative poker sites, k8poker was the first bitcoin gambling I played. Since that time I knew and started to learn more about bitcoin.

Bitcoin got me into gambling lol, my first gambling bets were made on satoshidice. at that time i had like .1 btc i lost all of them to satoshidice.

Bitcoin did get me into gambling. In real life im not really an addicted gambler. Its just in bitcoin word that im addicted in gambling. Affording to lose like $20-$300 in bitcoin world but in real world i cant afford that its just in bitcoin world as i get this free. So its just fine when i lose that bucks.

One of the reason i used bitcoin is i can use bitcoin to gamble and i can do it in my home, i already into gambling before i knew bitcoin, so i must say "gambling is one of the reason i get to bitcoin"

Just about everyone would have gambled before bitcoin but i had never gambled online using any other currency before btc.

Always set limits when btc betting online, only deposit what you can loose because if you keep going you will eventually loose the lot.

I knew bitcoin a year ago and I know gambling because of bitcoin. At the first, I still not interest about gambling world but when they made some free giveway to attract new bettor and it's proven because it's an effective way to promote gamble world to worldwide

Before Bitcoin I wasn't gambling, but I did it sometimes with my friends playing poker and blackjack. But I wasn't gambling recently, I do not do it anymore with fiat.
When I found Bitcoin, I gambled with some faucets but never deposited any money from my wallet, but I like it, gambling with free money. I gamble with Bitcoin every day.

So, you can say that Bitcoin got me into gambling because I didn't really do it before, except a few times.

well first I used to visit PTC websites ( I was newbie in making money online   ) and I saw many ads for bitcoin faucets so I decided to research more about it and that's how I became a bitcoiner
then I founded that the bitcoin gambling market is really great and can compete with fiat sites , and here I am

it means i get into gambling because i find out about bitcoin an i was already using bitcoin, before bitcoin i didn't even know about gambling and how to play it.
after knowing about bitcoin and visiting bitcointalk i found out about dice games and the whole gambling world

I neer trie gambling with money before I get to start using bitcoin so I will say that bitcoin get me in to gambling. I think there is no point in gambling with money in real life before but then I realized that somehow gambling is quite entertaining and it can even give easy money if you know how to play right.

i was already know gambling before i know bitcoin but in bitcoin i could gambling with playing more various online games such as poker or blackjack and may be the different is i was so often gambling using bitcoin than i did gambling using fiat

It is neither of the two. I have been a sports bettor for a decade before bitcoin was invented, and the reason I discovered bitcoin has nothing to do with gambling.

I was not interested in gambling before I found about bitcoin. With bitcoin it is easy to bet. I don't want to go out, I don't need to register and tell anyone my Credit Card number and ID.
With bitcoin gambling is easy. In my case Bitcoin -> Gambling.

i had a bit of gambling before bitcoin but after i started using bitcoin i started to gamble more often then before so i think bitcoin introduced me more to gambling

I moved to the US and started playing poker online for fun. This was after the whole boom/bust. Eventually found the only real games I could play involved some funny currency called bitcoin. I actually played for a long time without bothering to figure out what btc was. I would just follow some chat in the chat room and pick up a few things. Eventually i won enough that I needed to figure out how to sell them. One thing led to another, and here I am, collecting dust wherever I can. Btw, now I don't sell. :-)
