Bitmain does not have any authorized distributor in any country yet. We advise all our customers to place their orders ONLY on www.bitmaintech.com or www.bitmain.com

One buyer has emailed us informing that he paid for an order that was never delivered.

I have the same feeling here, even though I bought from the official website.

My order 0012016053100226 is still marked grey and expired.

Who did you "acquired permission to do so".   That makes it sound like you are official with use use of the mentioned "uses Bitmain / Antminer 's trademark" .   As a re-seller you would not be an official channel to get hardware from which your website really makes it appear like.  Just look at bar at top "Antminer" links to you, then antpool and hashnest link to official sites.  You have to see how that could be seen as trying to look official when in fact just a reseller with no permission.

Not to mention markup - Antminer S9 12.93 Ths with 2 fans – With Power Supply R79,991.98 inc Vat.  If my rough estimation that is 5260.95 USD for a item that was 1985 USD for https://bitmaintech.com/productDetail.htm?pid=000201606080945140191yC0JO150614 .  Even with shipping and vat that seems like a HECK of a markup.

This is not quite true.

I sent a letter Jun 7, I got the answer from Sherry, Jun 8  and I paid 0.0545 BTC 2016-06-08 21:29:32 and sent a new letter  with payment.

Someone forgot to mark it for expired, unpaid - to paid.

If I would have sent a new letter ,  he would probably have remained so (unpaid)

Today it is with a small delay shipped and i receive all 11 x ordered S9 Thursday, June 16, 2016 By End of Day

Btw, you can contact facebook to take the facebook fan page or their page down - since you are the rightful owner. I would do that if you havent, facebook take things down pretty quickly so less potential victims can be scammed.

As for skype, I dont know theres much you can do since its only a user id.

A few days ago there was a fake bitmain website link on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/4oettn/bitmain_released_the_second_batch_of_limited/

It linked to a blog which links to BIFMAINTECH.COM ( <- notice the F) so it seems like an attempt at scam.

Now BIFMAINTECH.COM is redirecting to www.bitmaintech.com but please be advised that it may attempt to be something fraudulent again.

It's ironic that Bitmain moan about other people using their name or "trademark" for menetary gain when Bitmain themselves have no problem with breaking Software Licensing Terms by stealing other peoples mining software, renaming it & using it for their own monetary gain......

All theft is wrong no matter who does it, Bitmain.
