Yeah! do not trust so much on that kind of investment, it is better to trade than trust your money in that kind of investment. If you do not know or lack of skills in trading you can always invest in gambling sites, they are more profitable and legitimate.

Cloud mining gives you a steady income although you cannot easily cash it out but the problem is the stability of such investment. We know some cloud mining sites does not last for long and they tend to become scam in the long run.

Cloud companies are ponzi, you invest and they choose which ammount they will repay to you and they choose the period as well, my experience at genesis mining, and for sure happened at others exchanges as well, i invested 4 dollars in bitcoin, and till today i haven cashout 1 dollar, and the payment stoped long time ago, soo if cloud companies wanna bitcoin ask for donation instead offer a contract that they cant honor or will result into a big loss for the costumer.

I think OP wants only a suggestion and i think only thing that will gives you steady income in bitcoin is to have a regular job or like offering a skills in return of bitcoin. And mate if you do not compete you are a looser just be competitive to achieved your goal.

Working is always a low risk kind of job that would give you a steady income, if you are can find a better job that you could use your passion and at the same time pays you will, you will not be able to have a problem in the future as you are already secured.

Well I think there is nothing wrong with what OP is saying about earning money by means of mining Bitcoin.  Actually there are two people in this world.  The one that let money work for him and the other  one that works for money.  In this argument OP is letting money to work for him and that is not being lazy.  that is being smart in my opinion.
