I've taken courses on Cyberlaw, Frameworks, and International Standards.  I've even written a few papers in grad school on this stuff and dealt with it in real life working for a semi conductor company.

The idea is Novel, however IP management is different in each country.

Oh and enforcing IP is different in each country.  For example its pretty much non-existent in China.  Thats why Apple has prison style campuses and other Semiconductor companies are scared as shit to move highly sensitive projects there.


At the end of the day this will only be a framework that may or may not be internationally accepted.  It will more than likely be based on other National and International Standards.



If the OP is legit, he should post a brief outline of his framework and how it will provide IP management and which areas it addresses.

and today i bought more and my order nr is : #97

so i think there is not much buying

IMHO the idea is fantastic!
the base infrastructure is still to be completed and finalized.
lack of info of solid foundation and structure.
i think this would be a great project if the development team would show open involvement and present their names,
unfortunately they are also basing this upon a government entity and that could be the downfall as there is no Anonymity in government and their regulations are structured diversely then the crypto world,and integration has been poorly attempted in the past with undesirable results.
interesting idea and fantastic future if and only if the DEV team are honest and dedicated to this.
i guess i will sit this one out until the solid grounds have been concurred!
but definitely watching and interested.
