This is Really surprising Price Increase.. I just checked bitcoin rate after two days and found that 130$ more Increased in bitcoin. 2 days ago bitcoin price was only 570$.
Increase 130$ in only two days is Simply Awesome, I can't say what will happen at the time of halving if bitcoin price increase that much constantly before the halving.
now I can feel that we may reach 2000$ possibly..

its a really big achievement for bitcoins, it only shows that people are getting more and more interested in it thus buying more and more of this cryptocurrency and making it even more bigger

This is becoming more exciting and I'm feeling more nervous with the way price has behaved over the last few days. For someone who's fairly new to bitcoin, these are incredulous times and we don't even know what to expect anymore. $700 seemed too high of a target a couple of months ago, and now here we are. What is it, another 2-year high? Last time I witnessed this kind of surge was back when I  was still active in stocks trading.

Anyone recall the market cap in late 2013 when the price hit ATH? I seem to recall it was pretty close to where we are now, given the increase in coin supply. Reaching new highs in market cap should garner some headlines, continuing the round of positive press associated with Chinese buying and the halvening.

now is an outstanding time. I first sell bitcoin in rates 400USD and I thought it was great. but now the price has been in a position 700 USD. I was disappointed with my actions. but if I can sell it now maybe now I have become wealthy.

Yes, really surprising. This is the highest bitcoin's price has been in around two years - it last broke the $700 mark back in February 2014, when it was trending downwards following all-time highs of more than $1,100. Buy it now and wait.

We're still 2 weeks away from halving, and its still going up. $704 at the moment.

Whoever doesn't want to buy bitcoins but wants to profit from the upcoming weeks, might want to look at forex traders like Etoro, you can speculate on BTC up there aswell.

Yes it is another milestone for bitcoin and I am making a good amount of profit just by holding bitcoin at this moment.

But it is all building up on a bubble of Chinese buying bitcoin. The moment they will start booking their profit, a huge crash will be seen.

If you want to buy then buy it in small quantities just to safeguard yourself.

I remember so much FUD was spreading at that time. People were crying that BTC is 'ending' and to 'sell it all' before it will reach $0.

The problem with Bitcoin's market cap is that is extremely unstable - we probably see market correction soon and price will be back to around $500 and so will market cap.
And it is not that we are even close to ATH with $700+.

This is really an important time for the Bitcoin.
I do not know if the price of Bitcoin will continue to rise, or if after Halving the price of Bitcoin will decrease, but what is essential is that the Bitcoin reached 700$.

It is still useful to look at the coin supply and tally the total value at current market rates. You can do the same with gold, silver, whatever. One problem with gold is that no one actually knows exactly how much is out there in people's hands. That's probably why you don't hear much about a "market cap" of gold, except in rough estimates.

This is really nice to see bitcoin price above 700$. But again this is sudden increase in price and things which are sudden are not sustainable. I wonder what could be the factor for such a price raise in 2 days (one of these two days was a Sunday when most of the world had a holiday). If price can go so up in 2 days, it can go down even beyond expectations. So lets wee whats  more to come.
