yes there are!
for paypal its the combination of a service & a process.
It is complicated, expensive and neither worth your time nor your money!
Just google "how to buy bitcoin with paypal" you cant miss it!

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/How_To_Buy_Bitcoins_With_Your_Credit_Card

if you're more into cash, you might find someone who's selling here:
https://localbitcoins.com

ps.   this post should be here.
pps. always try google first its a very helpful service.
if you're concerned with your privacy when using google try https://duckduckgo.com.

Buying btc with paypal is too complicated and expensive. You can use localbitcoins but everyone there wants

ID verification.Nobody will trust you because paypal is reversible.

I guess that you could  use Coinbase for CC/DC to btc, but it`s slow and i don`t trust them anymore.

It is not the best moment now to buy Bitcoins and that is because you have to know that the value of Bitcoin will started to rise so if you are making now an investment it will takes a really long time to make some profit in your case.
And many people with already Bitcoin are just holding their coin and they will wait for the right moment to sell it so they can earn some huge profit.

Yeah, I think localbitcoins.com would be the only place for PayPal. Any other place would be too risky.

You can also purchase BTC on coinbase.com though with VISA or MasterCard if it's a Debit card and not a Credit Card.

If you prefer, you can use Virwox to buy smaller amounts of BTC without verification. They are steeper on the fees though.

xBTC.co is another very trusted website where it lets you buy bitcoin with paypal hassle free, but as with everything with paypal because of its risky nature of being an reversible payment system, they put you some daily limits, and the more order you do with them, this limits gets increased to, also it depends on how much money they have to exchange as this website is run by a group of persons from New Zeland. I have bought several times there hassle free. They however based on your country may give you an error message, its too risky to do business with this paypal account, this happens very rarely.

You could try using Circle - they accept VISA credit or debit cards. Just note that the prices will be higher than on the standard exchanges. The same thing goes for localbitcoins - if you want to use cards to buy, you end up paying a bigger premium.

I think the price for debit cards are much lower than credit cards. I might be wrong, but usually card issuers charge a much lower fee for DCs than CCs due to the risk of CCs.

Yes there are plenty of services where you can purchase bitcoins without using your bank credentials. I would suggest you to try localbitcoins where you can choose any method (provided that that must be accepted by at least one seller). I have been using localbitcoins since long time and I usually trade BTC to fiat and vice versa using fiat digital wallets like paytm or freecharge which are popular in India, you can find such options which are accepted in your country.

The is the case for the conventional fiat credit/debit cards. Is that the same for the bitcoin debit/credit cards?
