Chinese governments is a communist governments and that makes it difficult for casino gambling to be play over there from outside.  I know China has a large market but because of their laws it is very difficult to sell your gambling idea to them.

^ If I did not mistake, HongKong is still part of China which is the gambling industry is strictly prohibited by the Chinese government. Gambling and cryptocurrency are still not allowed in China but if you want to gamble that near in Chinese country you can go there in Macau which have the largest gambling industry near in China and most Chinese people that want to gamble they go there.
