Counting the hours now. Looking forward to getting rid of some of the early profit flippers.

Do we have an exchange ready?

I always like when people don't bother to read a few posts back. Makes them look like they have alzheimer's.

Thank you all who have posted updates for us. I really appreciate it. I wish I could've partake in the ICO but I will for sure be buying and holding some stratis coins once they are on an exchange.

It looks like quite a few people missed out on the Stratis ICO or purchased less than they'd like.  Most likely because their money is tied up in waves or other coins that dropped below the ICO.  It will be interesting once Stratis hits the exchanges.  There's no question that Stratis will be above ICO price, the real question is how high?   Wink

I think so. Someone they said that it would be released no later than 10 pm gmt (or whatever the countdown is set to) which means that it could happen before that.

The amount of people in every single thread that count on becoming rich overnight amazes me.

Well said. They just expect it. What is amazing is almost every ICO is late on promises. Still users make counters and expect to be on polo from minute 1. FFS.

Great generalisation but yes people like chasing the dream of wealth. Probably perpetuated by the stories of those who have been successful in doing so e.g. NXT etc. The world is full of wonderful opportunities.

NXT came out as BTC crested and began selling off. It was a prime time and a perfect storm. Were in mid summer, liquidity is shit in the market. Polo has average 8k users. We need 20k users, fall market liquidity and massive hype. I've been (as most of us) been watching polo box for Stratis interest. Most are talking about ardor. Few Stratis convos.

For me I think the Stratis dev was very upfront put himself online, most ICO's have pictures of fake ppl, fake teams and nice graphics to woo investors. If there was no youtube talk i'd have stayed away from this as well. The ICO had a low btc take, so were in great positions if the team can pull off what they have proposed. I am under no illusions, it could take months or years.

You can think what you want. I personally disagree with many of your influencing factors. I don't even bother following the Poloniex trollbox. I believe there's even a service that you can hire to post HYPE/FUD there.

You talk about 'liquidity in the market' like it's some actual influence. Polo average users again is irrelevant to the success and price success of this project.

Most people agree the ICO was underfunded and represents a very good return potential if as you say the team can pull off what they proposed. However even then the market capitalization of similar technologies which haven't achieved their initial ambitions far exceed the starting market cap of Stratis.
