Bittrex is easy to list, but polo is a tough mission. Look at steem, they are listed on bittrex for 2 months and then on polo, because polo saw steem is innovative and strong on volume.

If we are on Bittrex, which is also acceptable, because we can pump there and mega pump after polo adds us.

yeah,poloniex  is the #1 exchange,look at the price of WAVES RISE on bittrex

Wave and Rise has Shady Devs, which is why they're not on Poloniex. They are just group of Pump and Dump Dev churning out new coins to ride on.  (this is my suspicion purely derived from rumor)

on the other hand, Krushang was involved with Fibre coin (from his post history you can find out), and Fibre is on Poloniex, so I speculate, that Stratis will not have any problem getting on Poloniex.

This is complete speculation without any rational basis, so please don't give it much weight.
Just a fun speculation, that's all
