im really confused, the document is literally just typed in microsoft word with no names, signature, nothing, no proof of who wrote it. couldve been jesus himself....why are we entertaining this bullshit?

Please let's keep this thread strictly about Stratis and leave Blitz out of it. Pretty sure no one came here to hear about Blitz nor do they care what happened or didn't happen to it. Thank you for your understand. Anyways, what sup Stratis Supporters? Stratis is the future!

Whether we like it or not, or whether it was public knowledge or not, it does look like there was an agreement made to pay some % of Stratis profits to Blitz, the issue is whether it would ever be legally enforceable. Stratis Group Ltd is a legal entity now, so this *might* be a problem down the track, depending on if the proposal document posted is authentic and would count as a form of contract. Chris is sage developer in the community, he is talented and very responsible, he developed 2 projects for blitz, and why you guys do not satisfy? As a Stratis whale, I prefer blitz holders do not get benefits because it dilutes our Stratis share.

Yeah, the average Blitz investor would be rightly pissed-off at these execs who passed up the swap, and Chris looks like he made a good offer, so if they declined the swap then the blitz bagholders under 30K who didn'y know about this should blame the blitz whales for that. BUT it does look like the blitz execs and Chris agreed to this option, and unless Chris is going to deny this happened, looks like the blitz guys have some % in Stratis. That means all Stratis investors here are going to get (100% - blitz %) as there return, so this discussion is very relevant to THIS community, right? Option B:
We keep Blitzcoin as is. We make the new blockchain its own Bitalize project that pays a % to Blitz Rewards. This would mean the BAAS platform is isolated from Blitz. The new platform and blockchain will be developed in an open source manner. so some of the development could flow back into the Blitz Blockchain.
