From 19€ to less than 6€, is this coin dead or what?

Hum whaaaaat a good question....  Roll Eyes
The sure thing is that you're a nice troll or you don't understand crypto

What part is trolling? Did it not go from >19€ to 5.70€?
U dillusional, as long as people say it will moon all is well. As soon as someone says something else than it’s trolling haha

Oh perhaps the last words you didn't quote?
We went from 19€ to 5.70€ when Bitcoin went from 16k€+ to 6k€. So you're explaining nothing more than FUD by constantly focusing your minds on price (and btw with FIAT) to ask people here if it's a dead coin???  Roll Eyes

Then u misunderstand me, i feel bad because my for now it looks like i lost a lot of money. Ofcourse i hope stratis will do well, (coz i invested in it) but it is hard to see everybody commenting as if we’re about to moon while the price dropped more than 300% and still dropping. Am i really the only one that is worried? So please dont react as if i am trolling, just an investor who is freaking out a bit, and doesnt understand that the rest is so jolly

So, as an investor don't put dead coin here when you're not aware about how the team is working hard everyday (even the weekend) when the complaints are dedicated to the whole market and even more to BTC itself.

This is crypto, highly volatile, keep calm and don't look at the charts for a few months. It will recover. You only loose money when you sell it lower than you bought it. At the moment you did not sell it, so there is no loss.

what makes me angry is that there is no real reason for this crash... the mainstream media is spreading FUD and idiots are panic selling.

it might be a long time until we see 20$ again...

As we can see just over on the BTC chart : it's all about cycles.
I think we'll see a similar year in 2018 than for 2017 with an incoming alt coin season when the BTC really stabilizes and goes sideways to let the alts enjoy another cycle ride. That's why i'm very confident about Altcoins and especially Stratis for the Apris - June 2018 period  Cool
Then, BTC will rally again but with a start from 5/7k$ to 30k/50k area.

Very good observation. As a matter of fact in the next 2 or 3 months accumulation of fiat would turn into buying cryptos for the months in June and beyond . So chill more adoption will come in so regulation must be established first for each government in different parts of the world.

IMO 45M$ is a bit high because this is bear market, btw, how much will they raise from STRAT? It seems STRAT is only one currency supported.

In this market, I'd agree with you. May reflect poorly on Stratis by association if they spectacularly fail to reach their goal. Do they have any pre-commitments from investors lined up to invest?

The current state of the market can make ICO conducted on Stratis undetected. Bitcoin pulled down the whole market down. This is very sad.

If they only asked for stratis for ico, it will benefit the price of strat. Hope they will do this.

Although the whitelist registration has started, it still is not clear on which date the ICO will commence. Hopefully stratis recovers at least a bit from the current dip before the ICO starts.

Their communication went from bad to worse... It seems like they are not learning from their previous mistakes when everybody lost confidence in Stratis because they were not communicating clearly and delaying releases.

This is what that CryptoPharaoh guy posted on reddit 'I have a post ready on 2/1/2018 at 00:00 asking 'Where is marketing?' (don't worry, I got you marketing guys covered).' And he didn't post anything.

I can not understand in any way, the project is basically unique and consistently yields income from POS. Why such a strong price fluctuation?

You can't have an isolated view on Stratis when the overall bear market is on full steam. The current trend counts for almost any altcoin.

It's really painful to watch this bear market. From the other side, it's a good chance to buy more, or to start buying for those, who missed it earlier Wink
I don't this bear trend will last long.

I would say rather good news from the hearing currently going on. Both guys from the SEC and CFTC are quite open to crypto and both have kids talking only about crypto at dinner Cheesy

I would say Hodl and don't expect deadlines to be accomplished. As far as i know that the ICO funds were already used, so expect that the development process would be slow and they have achieved most of the goals in last year. It would be better if the community can help the project by waiting patiently and don't expect quick profits within months.

We don't know anything about the state of the ICO funds raised. If they kept those in Bitcoin, and kept their burn reasonable, they would have a lot of money even now. They raised close to 1000 BTC, after all. Also, if the Stratis team is doing blockchain consultancy work on the side as well, that should bring in some good amount of cash flow as well.

It is also an open source project, so ultimately there are other developers who are working on the project as well, not just the Stratis team.
