Just because the account had a green trust on doesn't mean you should trust him. Anyone can scam you any time. The only reason he had a green trust was because of favdesu's rating and it was just a simple deal a year ago. But anyway, him being a green trust member shouldn't be a big deal in this conversation. It just seems to me that OP trusted him because of his trust rating.

I have NOT scammed any one..but infact the  OP sold me carded gift card which eventually cancelled by the issuer

Doubt it. Kirch still has his negative trust and there is no further updates for now.

It's hard for us to conclude which is a scammer.
Kirch also seems to have placed his evidence in an previously created message which they have edited so it is unnoticable if you just skip past it like I did and proably many others!

his scam method:

He will withdraw money to bank, after he will say his bank blocked money because is money is dirty.
for many people he doing this scam method
