Author Topic: blockchain - lost 2 factor authentification  (Read 612 times)

Hi. I made two wallets friday, put two factor authentification on and saturday my phone was stolen.
I did'nt make any backup, paperwallet or anything yet.
I filled the form about deactivating 2 factor authentification, so far i got declined on one of them.

I think the blockchain support is extremely slow. I find it strange why they decline, why have this function then?

I'm a bit confused on how to get access to my wallets again, any advise?

Likely because of either you did not click confirm link in the two factor reset request email or a the correct secret phrase was not provided.

i hate to bump a old topic but i also lost my information for my account, i been trying to contact support for a week and i am a little bit panicking. could you help?
