Litecoin: Which operating system and Catalyst driver to use with cgminer?

At the moment I use Win7 x64 and Catalyst 13.2, but that's not even close to the optimum kH/s that I should get.

Which OS and driver would you recommend?

i wouldn't use the latest becuase thats more likely to have bugs
