Even though it's clear that the creation of your account is within the expressed 48 hours, here's what we propose just for you (no such considerations allocated for others if similar occurs):

You'll be put first in line on a reserve list to earn a PÅQ if one person out of the 100 fails to fulfill their commitment over the course of the next 30 days (including extensions), and you, yourself, fulfill the requirements outlined in the OP for awardment. Further, you won't lose your favorable PÅQ timestamp currently set at 111 (nice number, eh?).
