Fastdice.com owes me 0.11 BTC and keeps delaying payment [solved]

What happened:

Fastdice.com had (and has!) a promotion. Hit the right Bet ID, and win:
Free BTC Givaway!!! One Billion Rolls Promotion at Fastdice.com

11 Chances to win Free Satoshi
Must bet min 100 Satoshi to qualify.

Thats it, No skills needed, just place a bet at the right time and win!!!
Payment with 24 hrs of the win.

I hit this 3 times, winning 0.03BTC, 0.05BTC and 0.06BTC.
The first one got paid.
The second one (11 days ago) got a Congratulations from Admin "fastdice.com" in Fastdice-chat, asking me to PM in chat or on Bitcointalk when I'm ready to claim my prize (of course I am!). I did both, but got no response.
After the third one (5 days ago) I've created a support ticket:



Once again, no response.
I've also replied in the giveaway-topic, but there too: no response.

Three days ago I got a Congratulations from Admin "fastdiceadmin" in Fastdice-chat, telling me 0.11 would be paid directly to my account. At this point I started taking screenshots:



I've talked to a Fastdice Moderator a few times, and he says "something weird" is going on. It's not normal for Admin to ignore things like this, but he also hasn't "seen" or talked to Admin in a while. Deposits and Withdrawals work as expected.
It's too early to call scammer, but it does look like typical delaying tactics. I just don't get it: why would you start a Giveaway Promotion that should pays within 24 hours and ignore winners for 11 days? That only looks bad on the site.
User "fastdice.com" was online on bitcointalk today, but his last post was from June 9.

I dont know if it will help you or not but i can try contacting admin on skype. We havent talked for awhile but normally he replies when i message him.

I messaged diablo(coder) and the owner. If they reply ill let you know what i can

The site appears to go dadice on you, I also saw many people claiming admins of both sites were the same .
