It mean what number you have to roll over/under, based on what you picked to win. If you were playing with a 1.5x multiplier, you would have to roll over 33.33 to win if you picked over, or under 66.66 if you picked under.

when to use it?

You don't know when you use it. If you did, then the whole point would be ruined, since you would be able to win every roll. Maybe if you kept rolling low numbers and bet on high, then switch it to under, or if a number feels unlucky.

Satoshidice makes your roll under, because of how the website is set up. You are always rolling under, and can't change it.

Rollover means you bet through what you have once. So if you risk a total of 100btc and start with 100btc then that's once. But remember it goes back and forth because you win and lose all the time.

dice is the same everywhere, if you are playing on primedice it is the same rules everywhere else too. the only difference can be in the house edge that will result in different numbers for higher than or lower than. and also some of them have decimal for example it is higher than 49.52 instead of 49 which will increase the number of results you may get.

In gambling game there is no 50% chance of winning because there is always houseedege which means if you do 2x multiplier with 1% house edge you will bet 50.5 for high and 49.5 for low. This is what i know, so it doesnt mean 2 times thar next one you will win because sometimes you will get the number between 49.5 and 50.5

Yes that's true or vice versa. Meaning your payout is not 2x but a little less and the odds are 50/50 .

Satoshidice makes your roll under, because of how the website is set up. You are always rolling under, and can't change it.

Honestly OP, there is no point in changing the hi/low, as it won't make much of a difference, as the odds are still 50/50, (Or as close as they get to 50/50 depending on how big the house edge is).

It's kind like flipping a coin, regardless if you bet heads or tails, it won't make much of a difference in the end. More of a psychological thing, giving the illusion of letting people have more "control" on their bets.

No.Basically,people use high/lows to predict the next outcome by studying the previous patterns which technically we refer to as "martingles".If you're playing at 50% winning chances ,and your first roll is low ,you can assume your second roll could be either high or a low.Assuming you get 2 lows in a row ,you can 100% sure in this case your third roll would be a high,but again that's not true as long as the site is provably fair.

Even after 10000 rolls then next roll still has a 50/50 chance. Very complex and interesting maths behind it.
