It's not a disease, gamblers know what they are doing, only that they have risk and staked something in gambling that is why they can't just let it go as easy as that.... With that in mind, you are always in the chase of your loses... Winning isn't actually the one that keeps you sticking to the game, since you only will feel it the first times you bet, and in the long run it is your losses that bothers you... 

for me i think gambling is only some activity that we play continously and we don't have any other activity beside gambling and i think its not a disease. its only a bad habit that we do in over and over again, without any desire to quit and its really a bad thing for us.

Imo it is not a disease. It is just your brain releasing dopamine as soon as you think about gambling, giving you a feeling of satisfaction.

If it was a disease, than alcohol and sigartes would also be a disease. Rather than a disease, it is better to call it by its name and and accapt that you suffer from it: Addiction. Accepting that you are addicted is bringing you one step closer to being able to beat the addiction.

Big agree to this it should be more of a habit/addiction because its an activity which everyone could perform but others just don't have self control. One of the things helped me control my gambling habit is to have self discipline.

They do gambling because they wanted to be rich in no time, in short they always like to take shortcuts, but in those shortcuts they don't know the dangers that are waiting for them, maybe some of them already know but they are taking the risk just to reach the place they wanted to be. People risk their bitcoins or money because they thought that they are always lucky for this kind of thing. They are always thinking that they are gonna win but the truth is they are not. Why? the funny thing is that people try to gamble when they have difficulties in getting money. However, gambling itself is actually destroy your money. The chance of winning is a false hope as the game is already designed to make people lose in the long run. So the more you want to gamble to get more money, the more you will lose the money.
