I don't understand why should we buy a Trading strategy when an highly trusted exchange (OKcoin) already available.. what proves and evidence you have?
I think better to build a website like Okcoin if you have any thing like that.

If you have a succesfull strategy why would you sell it ? lol

100 btc ? its nothing if you have a winning strategy = just use okcoin lending+leverage 20X = you will have more than 100 btc in few days of trading

No need to send funds, I send signals to the exchange API, your account.  
I do need to know how much you have available, so I can determine the amount to trade with.
You can screenshot me your weekly P/L so you can send me the % of profits we've agreed upon.

I will fill up slots as long I'm not trading agains myself.

For that to work you would need to know the API keys of the user you trade for, which essentially boils down to knowing their login and password with all ensuing consequences...

For example, some exchanges allow to withdraw funds through their API
