Yes, Bitcoin can help people to earn some income but there is no guarantee for it.
As you can see, value of Bitcoin is not stable and people can earn profit here but also loose money.
If I can suggest, it's better not depend 100 % on Bitcoin value but learn some skills like programming and maybe create some Bitcoin site, create some BTC products like debit cards, BTC ATM's etc.
In this way you can earn money based on your knowledge what is better than wait and hope that Bitcoin price will increase.
So, yes, new generation will be independent and BTC will help their personal development but only if they learn how to use Bitcoin technology.

Earnin bitcoin is just the same as earnin money. It requires work. The only difference is that bitcoin is available almost anywhere where you can use internet and it is accessible to anyone who is on the web.
It doesn't mean that you earn bitcoin, you are succesful. It is the work and effort that you are giving that makes a person succesful even if he is earning his fiat money or in bitcoin.

bitcoin these days is mainly being used as an investment that a large number of people are just putting their money down to get a quick profit and get out just as fast.

Wrong.Good source of earning was always Internet.People find bitcoin appealing.Ask the old school CPA/PPD affiliate link promoters,they earn way more than an average signature/twitter/facebook campaign earner from bitcointalk.People wants things easy,bitcoin gives that.Youths were involved in all the Internet Marketing drama even before bitcoin was invented,you just needed a lot of brains and hard work to make money through it.Bitcoin is probably a good earning source for a dumber population.New generation is shit,let's not even talk about it.People hardly know what a transaction ID is and they want t start "trading" bitcoins.

I think if you ask gambler this question they will surely tell a Huge YES , why because through bitcoin they can now gambler freely with getting into trouble of giving identity proof. for others some will tell no and some will tell yes.

for the online business sites who have got knowledge about  bitcoins and they start to implement the bitcoins as a payment option they are also getting profit in this way  for them it is a new step for success through bitcoins. but for some countrys where still bitcoins is not legal or still their are no clear picture on bitcoins they are lacking it due to their government.

I think Bitcoin has already made a change in many people's lives, not just on this forum. I know some of my family members refused to buy something online with the traditional payment methods, because it is

totally ineffective and not secure. They love the fact that you can pay someone without having to transmit your personal details over the internet and also that it is not stored on a central {possibly vulnerable}  

database, where it can be hacked. The micro payments have also made Bitcoin an ideal payment option for crowd funding for charity and also paying people for small task.
