The answer is no, but kids dont know yet what is right or wrong so the parents must have proper guidance to their child and give the attention they needed for them not to walk in the wrong path. but nowadays, anyone can use bitcoin either kids or adult so its the responsibility of the parents on how to deal with it.

But have a look for instance at all these computer and online gaming kids/teenagers who are often parts of big commuities and participate on events and watch streaming sites like twitch.
