It had been 3 days since I had sent the ETH to the CoinExchange ETH wallet, it had been over 16000 confirmations in explorer but it is still pending on the CoinExchange balances page. I had also sent support ticket (#56793) which had not been responded to in 3 days.

COINEXCHANGE is gone now, the website is gone. Those bastards had a message on their for everyone to read to let them know they got scammed. I lost $7000 on their. I feel bad for those who may have put their life savings into it.

My DOGE withdrawl of 58K is still not showing up on the blockchain, Contacted support, no reply yet.
Have a TXID of "2" as well, its almost been 2 days now. I'm kicking myself in the balls for not transferring the money in LTC Or Ethereum. Cuz this issue seems to be only in DogeCoin?

I have been trying to withdraw my ETH for 5 days now, I've tried over 20 times. The confirmation email never comes. The crap they put on their twitter page about their emails going to your spam folder is nothing but lies. These guys are just low life pos scammers... So whats the verdict on CoinExchange? were coins returned? what was the reason not showing in the blockchain? Would like to hear from some Sr and above members please. want to trade alt but Binance closed DoGE and LTC markets so looking for an alternate exchange until Bittrex opens new registration. Bitfinex, and others closed the door on US so looking for alternatives.

They tell you nothing
We resolve the matter soon waiting for 2 weeks
Ask for an daily update about progress still no answer!
Were 4 weeks further now im blocked ignored and losing 100´s of euro´s each waiting day
When you tell that to a customer support they tell you thats UNFORTUNATE!
Im losing my value because they at COINEXCHANGE DO NOT care.
Thats gives an idea how they think and treat their customers.
Reading each day more and more how people do not get their coins makes it only worse!
How in the world can a company like that exists and keep existing when they do not care about their people who uses their service.

I am waiting for replay to my ticket from 3 days now.
I have 15000 Dogecoin stucked there with number "2" in TXID field.
I try to deposit dogecoin again and withdraw to same wallet as when
I send 15000 and everything is fine. I try 10+ transactions to
diffrent dogecoin wallets and everything is working fine.
But that time when I send 15000 they did not deliver, so withdraw
dogecoin is working but sometimes it dosent work, and we are that
bad luck people and we can wait and just wait.
I write to them on facebook, on twitter and nothing.
How they can do bussiness like that, there are 10+ exchanges out there
and they are not affraid to losse costumers, I dont understand why they
dont send 1 guy here and replay here to people problems, that support
page dosent work for me and I am angry but in zen waiting for my dogeee.. :-)

Hello I have the same problem I have withdrawal 10000 dogecoin stucked there with number "2" in TXID field. I think they have a problem withdrawals of dogecoin don't withdrawal it waiting to fixe this problem from developer I have create a ticket to support I hope they will fix this problem . |

I can help with withdrawal (if your problem is email verification), and I will get your coins out within about 5 minutes plus whatever it takes to confirm the coins. I can't fix the transaction number missing issue though. That is either a bug or a scam on their part.
