Maybe it was when I bet all the money that I have on a gambling site because I thought I was going to win the jackpot like the others but unluckily I was wrong and that is the most thing that I'm still regretting that time. It is almost 1 BTC and that is a big price for me because I have dedicated all of my time and effort their to earn that amount of bitcoin in time and it just vanished in that gambling site.

1btc is a lot. But we learnt from our mistake. I also have lost close to 2btc in gambling before and i even tried different gambling methods. I also tried investing and i lost a lot.

well, 1 or 2 bitcoin is a very large number. not easy to collect bitcoin much. I also had several times lost bitcoin for some small mistakes, but I think, all my bitcoin missing, less than 1 BTC and I do not intend to make it grow. Well, I think we should learn from those mistakes from being repeated in the future

Yeah 1 bitcoin is a pretty big amount to lose, I am feeling sorry for you. Personally my biggest mistake in gambling was that I left gambling long ago but then I could not resist myself from playing and hence I gambled again. I think you say right... One of the worst mistake in gambling is "all in". You put all your efforts (and money) in only one bet.
This could sounds good or an hero move, but normally lead to lose all funds.

Honestly all in is not a good idea in terms in gambling it is too risky and already tried it before never experience to win a large amount.
If you are just halving fun it is better to use small amount and i think it is more people are making a profit or win with small bets than high bettors..
I think sports betting is more easy to gamble than the other game that you can easily analyze the game before you can bet..

Well we are not all the same but before bitcoin honestly is very cheap and i think i lose more than 2 bitcoin when the price of bitcoin is 300 level..Because before i just gamble for fun with bitcoin and i never think that the price of bitcoin will keep on rising but now the price is increased and touch in 700 value and i am regretting what i lose before..

I agree that losing all your bankroll in an all in bet suck but i am fascinated with it.  Honestly, that is better than slow agonizing pain of long betting and result in  a lose, see no difference.  And you are a hypocrite if you said that what matters is fun because, you will nevet have fun if you are losing an enormous amount of money.

My worst mistake in gambling was when I was playing poker and I had a full house and I bet all in and my opponent immediately called my bet only to reveal he had an even better full house, and this was in a very big tournament of about 500 players and I lost the opportunity to reach the final table.

But why do you say it was a mistake? Was it obvious that you were going to lose?
You did not considered all the information in the table etc? Because sometimes you lose when you play well, that's just part of it, and in that case I don't see it as a mistake.

Well I think it was a mistake, because I was unable to read my opponent, even if he played well the sensation of defeat especially when you have such a good hand is difficult to overcome so even if my opponent played very well, I should have see it coming.

I really regret that I thought of playing it when I'm earning something even it is for free. It is really easy to gamble using money that you get to free. But the thing is, if you just saved that money? I think it can really help you. That's why I don't use it anymore and also double your bet in recovering up your losses is really a worse decision at all. And that is every gamblers are doing, they tend and focused in recovering their losses but instead to recover, they are losing more.

I like your word that recovering all our losses is the root of all evil in gambling. Also you have the point with that case with bankroll management because if you are not good enough with it. Chasing bets reflects our attitude on it, we do want to win all the time and we want to achieve things very fast. That's how unprofessional people react, they lack patience and they want it to win all the time. I have tried several method in gambling due to my greediness to win more and more, but nothing works because I was not discipline enough to focus on my game plan.

Maybe there's a better method aside from martingale and one I can recommend in the flat betting, if you can succeed that means you do have skills since you make it slowly and do not do shortcuts.

I always make a mistake on betting too much or being confident in who I pick. Right now, I'm betting on sports. I will bet on a game even though I don't know them. I guess I'm losing Bitcoins because I don't bet smart. I'm sad to see that, and I thought it was okay, but then, I make another mistake. Then I've still have done it.
