Do not feel that you are correct kassadin5
whether you guarantee after I send the items,  you will release escrow ?
you also have negative trust.
and have alt account in here.  Grin Grin Grin

you give trust for yourself
http://image.prntscr.com/image/9a179d9b5bdf4f5dacce18045df61250.png

Are you really trying to coax kassadin5 into releasing the BTC 0.24 to you lind82 less than 30 minutes after you send to me a PM that you have already sold the item in question?

I think I might have to look much closer at your three user accounts that I linked earlier in the day.

After getting an in principle agreement from lind82 to pay BTC 0.24 to a third party so that kassadin5 in turn would release the funds held by the Break Proof Bithra.com all of my hard work (and I mean hard work) was unraveled when kassadin5 simultaneously contacted lind82 with promises that all red trust would be removed for lind82's trust page.

I never gave that undertaking and I never would remove it either.  Now lind82 is denying he gave an in principle agreement, unless of course he doesn't understand English fully which appears to be a second language for them.

kassadin5 is his own worst enemy.  He got cold feet and wanted out of the trade, he's lashed out at Bithra.com and by extension to RHavar  (no doubt kassadin5 will no lash out at me...)  Since I was last online about eleven hours ago this was posted:

After a lot of thinking, I've disabled creating new escrows on bithra. The main point of bithra was to remove the incentive from scamming, it was never (by design) able to stop it. I still think it's a cool idea, and by and large has helped a lot of people; but I'd rather not get dragged into this crap when things go wrong. In kassadin5's specific case for example, while I feel for him, he's used a free escrow service with full awareness that it doesn't provide arbitration and then jumps to accuse me of scamming when he doesn't get arbitration. Incidentally, I've spent >1 BTC out of my own pocket helping people who were scammed while using bithra (like tricked into releasing the funds),  (as some of the previous comments will attest to). There's a hand-full of uncompleted escrow addresses, if they're not resolved within a year of creation I'll sweep them into some public donation addresses. No extensions of existing escrows will be granted, they'll need to be terminated within a year.

I'll reopen it for new escrows if I have the time and energy to develop a system where the receiver needs to provide a deposit, to prove he's serious about the trade and will suffer a financial loss if he's merely trolling.

So congratulations kassadin5 for breaking an unbreakable method of Escrow.  You are your own worst enemy.  Bithra.com didn't scam you.

I came onto this forum to post my own scam accusation and came across this . Heres my thoughts for what they are worth.

I saw LIND82 advertising the MSDN account . Right away I felt it was a scam . Just didn't feel right .

Ive used Kassadin5 many times for keys and never been let down . The -16 negative trust DOES look bad but hes explained that .

As for the escrow service BITHRA.COM and the owner RHavar  ??    WOW ! What a piece of shit . EVERYONE here can see whos scamming who and he wants to keep the money for A YEAR ? ?   I hope you don't make another penny as you sir are as bad as the other scammers .

You're Welcome.

Now pull your head in about Bithra as you don't know what you are talking about.
