What happened to the btc-e and bitstamp option on bitinstant?  Does bitinstant no longer support these exchanges?

When they temporarily run out of those exchanges' codes, they do.

They must have updated the system because you use to not be able to tell when they ran out of funds? So it only disappears when those exchanges temporary run out?  So will those exchanges appear again when the funds are available again?
