I will wait until all slots have been reserved.  Then I will contact the buyers and if ~1/2 of them are ready to pay, I will lock in a spot price for the first 10oz of gold.  I will wait a few weeks, and then lock in the spot price for the final 10oz of gold.

Considering going in on this, been reading about the fan club and these coins but still trying understand the long-term value outside the gold & collector value. Do they come loaded with BTC? I see each has 100 seats and I assume each seat is like a share in the mining operation? Do you have some links to help me grasp the concept from a long-term investment perspective? I have been converting some of my coin to gold/silver to diversify and this offering is quite intriguing to me.

They don't come loaded with BTC, but earn it over time.  You can of course add BTC to it like a normal wallet if you so desired.  The NastyFans thread is a great place to get more information.  A particular post that might interest you is here.

There is a $3,000 premium over spot (the deposit).  This covers the 100 NastyFans seats attached to the coin, a $600 donation to NastyFans, and various minting, engraving, shipping, & address generation costs.  Yes, I am able ship to Canada.

Correct.  $3,000 deposit + 4oz gold spot price at the time the final order is placed.

These coins are minted by an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.  Their silver and gold bullion products are certified to be put into IRA investment accounts, meeting the highest standards in the industry.

What happens with the dies after the coins are shipped from the mint, do they ship the die back to you if not being used again?

Damn, that's a massive gold coin.   I wish it was feasible to buy one of these for me right now but I'm pretty sure this is worth more than my car is.
