Every signature campaign has diffrent way to join
Better you go to services section and open the signature campaign thread for know how to join them and choose what the best sigcamp for you

Ps: I think your account has high rank member, but still dont know to join sigcamp

Im also surprised you dont know how to do this yet. In case the campaign that edwarded shared with you is not acceptable then this page here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0 contains all the active (and non active) signature campaigns where you can choose one best suited to you and also gives you detail on how to join each one.

to join a signature campaingn you have to (mostly) follow two things. one is putting the specific signature code according to your rank(complement) , and secondly you have to inform thw signature campaingn owner or manager by posting a joining request (as specifyed pattern) / some campaingn have slight diffrent style for joining

There are many sites keep coming on Services Section for the  signature campaign , since you have good rank (hero ) you can join any signature campaign , Select any signature campaign thread follow that and read the instructions ,as mentioned by other members  you need to send name , rank , bitcoin address to signature campaign manager

Im bit surprise when a hero member is asking on how to join in sig campaign but campaigns are considering members have high quality of post,section boards where they allowed to pay per post and also the feedback of the participants who wish to join that thing is your pointer so you have an idea if campaign managers will accept you thats why if your planning to join any make sure you are eligible on things what i am saying there

Has a good list of the common campaigns (Note: slightly out of date, so check the last few pages of each thread to confirm it is still active etc). Pick one you like, read the requirements in the thread, make sure you comply (or can comply) and apply. This usually involves adding the sig and posting a note in the thread with your Nick, Number of posts, Member level and WalletID. But do read the OPs to make sure you know what you're getting into and the limits etc

I am waiting patiently to get up to (junior) Member to sign up to one.

One other way you could find them is to search for Signature campaigns OPEN as the usual format when a campaign has space available is that they will show so in the title of the thread, although not all do this but it might help you.

Every signature campaign thread have their own rules on how participants could enroll in their campaign like posting your username and account details(not including password) some other is you need to state that your interested to join like betcoin.ag but seriously to join to the big paying campaigns that well require you less no. Of posting is to get high quality of post so their manager will hire you to their campaign.

Check sportsbet.io signature campaign. They have 4 empty places, I saw maybe two hours ago. Their payouts are very good, one of the best for sure, just you need to be fast.
I advise you to pay more attention on service section, in most campaigns there isn't free spaces. So wait for your chance to get in one, if you are good poster you can send PM to signature campaign manager. There is a chance someone to accept you even if there is no free spaces.
I think betcoin.ag also have free spaces, for that you need to send message to roslplin, campaign manager of that campaign, or to post in their thread that you are interested in joining.

It can be a bought account but currently there are very few signature campaigns with slots available. Also, those that are open aren't paying well due to the rising bitcoin price. Hence, OP must be asking about it.

To join a signature campaign, you need to first start making constructive and meaning ful posts while your earlier posts appear spammy and mainly chit-chat and one liners.
