Hi ,

I was working with a site known as Trustforums.com , But the site went offline and the admin stop replying me . I have his twitter account on which i have ran promotion. Like advertising+gain followers etc. He owes me 40$ i have opened a scam accusation against him but his site is down and he is not replying here on forum he has not logged in his account from many days .
So i wanted to know , Since he did not paid me the rest of 40$ and he did not replied to my PM , I have changed the credentials of the twitter account should i sell the account to cover my loss ?

should give them a deadline first ,maybe 3 - 7 days, if you got no reply,just simply sell the account,if they'd complaining it's not your mistake
you already give them a deadline and they missed it,nothing wrong,so maybe it's the righteous thing to do

Just like what aubert said give him a deadline before you decide to sell the twitter account
Give the guy 2 -3 chances to respond and if you plan to send an email CC someone who can confirm that you did sent him a notice or a warning about your plan to sell. If all fail, go ahead and sell.

Perhaps the owner has been cut off from his provider due to non-payment and is unable to contact you.  Also he/she may have filed for Chapt 11 bankruptcy in which case they would have filed with the court:

(1) schedules of assets and liabilities;
(2) a schedule of current income and expenditures;
(3) a schedule of executory contracts and unexpired leases;
(4) a statement of financial affairs.

If that were the case and you stole his twitter account to cover your losses, you might get yourself in some hot water.  You have to wonder if it's worth the $40.

Maybe he is delay or busy so better to wait more days before you can start scam accusation and sell your twitter account.
If you start scam accusation to him instead of paying you from your service it will run away..

reputation in the forum is almost everything. people will fight for it.

If that is 2 months and he still not responding in your email or pm i think its scam better to report it before they can use again his account here..

Why wouldnt you have him escrow funds prior to you doing the work? As you say its been 2 months, why did you keep working with 0 communication? I think you take it in the ass here n take the loss. You decided to keep working while knowingly not getting any response

If you sent him PMs before the day May 28, 2016 07:14:03 AM that was the last day he was active he ignored you, you should sell.

If you sent many PM's after May 28, 2016 07:14:03 AM, so you should wait 7 more days to see if he'll be active here in the forum if it becomes active in these 7 days and ignore you, you sell the account.

Well i kept working for his site even he is not replying because i am supposed to complete my work by doing this i will be completely eligible to receive my 40$ so i can create a scam accusation . If i just stopped the work before the work done then my scam accusation is not right because i have worked for half month and got paid for it . But in start the terms was he will pay me for whole month half first and half in the mid of the month .

If you sent him PMs before the day May 28, 2016 07:14:03 AM that was the last day he was active he ignored you, you should sell.

Yes, He is ignored me very badly . I am not going to sell his account i will use it for my purposes like tweets re-tweets and use this account with my original account so i can give better promotion to other sites.

maybe change also the name of the topic because a generic "Need help must read" it's not really helped for other people that could try to get this promotion.

Hey Sorry , But you really did read the OP ? I have opened the Scam accusation against him May 04, 2016. User last active is on May 28 . My Bad that i have not used escrow because he invited me to his forum after that he claims that he owns much money and the money is not problem for him at all in his each and every PM also he claims that he runs 5 or maybe more sites along trustforums.com , He said that i can trust him so i did ! .

The one thing i see here is his supposed to be business is not hit and not get traffic as he want thats why he already drop off his furom, and i really see hes paying large amount of money for his posters hired for his furom and i am one of those supposed to be payed by 40$ but instead he only payed me 34$ and i think thats ok since i got payed for my effort their  , and if you trying to contact and trace him i think you cannot do it and cannot claim your unpaid money since we cannot contact him already at this monent thats why its better to move on and accept the fact that you are victim of hit and run job order.
