I try to divert my mind from th topic which is givin me bad mood. I'l watch some comedy, or go for a run or listen to some music or some inspirational things or just try to quiet my mind by focussin on just one thing like th sound of fan or focussin on breathin etc.

i usually just play some games on my computer or phone, but sometimes a take a walk if it is good weather outside, or i read a book, there are many things to do

I always getting mad or bad mood. After work i just play games in my pc, watch netflix, listen EDM, visit 9gag (it made me laugh all the time) and eat food   then sleep. and sometimes i punch the Box or the Wall(wood)
