Eating a comfort food while watching a movie usually helps. Or I just go out for an evening walk.

Well basically i turn on the radio and I maximize It until it is so loud and scream so my anger will release. Also, I watch movies alone or have a walk in the beach. I also play some online game, maybe some action games? I also drive anywhere outside the town alone.

I eat so much and didnt talk to others if I'm so mad , and sometimes I always go to sleep in my room or go outside for a walk and talking nonsense with my friends

Alone, to watch a movie is very bad. Music is the best choice for a person who suffers from depression, for example.
