Facebook, or listening music ,sometimes music is my best way to be happy, so may bad mood can change into a good mood, just reLax when you're mood is not in good ..and of coure drinking but not too much. Just to chiLL.

I do these 4 things:

1. Out with friends
2. Playing video games
3. Listening to music I like
4. Watching television

Same here. I try to take my mind off the problems. Gaming helps. What I definitely don't do when I am in a bad mood is gambling. I already lost too much money when not thinking clearly.

I totally agree, ever since I was a kid, playing games was really my thing whenever I get depressed or in a bad mood. Games really do takes away problems because it requires your full attention and focus. Online games such as Dota 2 and Counter Strike: Global Offensive are the two best games for me whenever I'm in a bad mood because it really makes you think and have fun at the same time.

YES! Nothing better than making breakfast after a hot shower while listening to classical music.
I also listen to music when in a bad mood, but I at this time do not want the classics, but something light and soothing. music penetrates and gradually fills the space and not place bad mood  more
Same here! I usually listen to relaxing music when I'm in a bad mood. It makes me feel calm and sometimes I fell asleep after listening to it. There are also times that I eat a lot when I'm not in a good mood or I drink alcohol with my friends and share to them why I'm in a bad mood. Having good people, good food, good drinks, and good music around you will somehow put you into a good mood.

When I'm in a bad mood, I try distraction. I often walk the dog or watching your favorite movies. But when I have a lot of time and go fishing. This not only helps me to be distracted, but also allows to reflect on my mistakes.

If I am in a bad mood, I either listen to music or watch a comedy series or probably just sleep and dream about what I love the most. Grin That reminds me! I gat a crazy clownish cousin that I can't stay unhappy while with her, I just call her over and that ends my sad mood.

When I am in a bad mood I listen to some hardcore house/trap music as it is really makes me feel better or talk to my bestfriends/hangout with them I mean the best to do is to stay distracted from what makes you sad/in a bad mood  Smiley

When I am moody usually I don't want to do something, just sit alone with my self.Sometimes It helps me to play music or have a bath with cold water and go out alone with my self to think.

When I'm not in the mood, I like to eat something tasty. Sometimes my music and sports help me to cheer up the hormone of happiness. And it is better to treat everything positively and then the mood will always be good.

When I feel bad mood, I choose to be quiet and alone for a while,sometimes accompanied by music for relaxation so that my feelings return to normal.
