Uh that varies a lot. Sometimes I go to the gym, I force myself to it so that I can exercise some demons that way. Or I chill Netflix. Sometimes I just fire up CSGO and to kill some time and newbs that way - it is an awesome way to destress a bit and get in a better mood (unless you play with kids who whine every time something happens they do not quite agree with).
Find your thing, what works for others does not necessarily work for you. We are all different.

if i'm in a bad Mood.. i would just go at a spacious place like at the coast or plains and appreciate things that are there, it helps me forget those things that are causing this mood. if you want to shout, then do it, it will really lessen this foul mood, and nobody will be there to criticize you. So, find a place, take a deep breath, shout and appreciate things from nature.

I just shower. smoke some weed and watch movie or just listening in music. It's so good to be high while listening music. try it too. It will take all of your burdens and stress.

whenever i am in a bad mood or there is something happen that makes my mood bad i always go outside and breathe some fresh air in order to release some stress, sometimes i smoke but most of the time i just sit and clear things in my head.

I just plug in my earphones and hear some song that cools mah head or just watch vids or play games in my phone. Sometimes I let my anger out in twitter hehe aint cool ha

What will you do when you are in a bad mood?
Sometimes if I'm in a bad mood, I try to divert my attention to other stuff like music because I feel relax when I'm listening to it. Also, I try to go outside to breath air. Inhale exhale is the right term for that. I will go to places that is soothing and gives off relief to a person who is also experiencing what I'm always experience. Another thing when I really angry, all of the emotions are ruining my inner self, as a result, my anger will turn into tears but after that I am okay already.

If im in a bad mood the most time that I do when im at home is to I lock myself in my room with a cup of coffee to calm my self And when im at the office and in a bad mood I just try to walk around the office to try to calm myself before going back to my desk.
