 when I'm in a bad mood, I used tou eat just to calm myself, food removes all the bad spirits and aura in me, aside from that, I also sleep to have a relaxing feeling. It was like sleeping is a form of excaping the sadness you're feeling at a certain situation.

Funny question because I was just in a really irritated state a few seconds ago because I HATE CAPTCHAs. Especially the one that asks you to pick the cars, and it starts changing pictures extremely slowly.
