Best Altcoin to Invest in?

I'm looking for some community input on the best altcoin to invest in. Already have some money in bitcoin. Don't feel like reading through thousands of pages here.

-Looking for something with lower volatility
-Looking for something that may be worthwhile to mine (with an S7 or some GPUs)

For now Litecoin is good, team is back with new roadmap maybe will rise in a couple of weeks maybe be this is not the best but better investment.

Yeah for now litecoin is one of the good to invest but i will stay at cbx.. because cbx still alive we already seen of their down but more project will come about cbx and i think better to invest right now in cbx..  while its still cheap..

I am eyeing z-cash when it finally launches, though expect it will be pricey from the outset. As some have suggested, LTC may have some short-term life in it. Ether, if you want to take a punt.

hi so from my look today best altcoin to invest 1) is LTC becaus now it is cheap but price will up 2 ) CBX is good too dev is working on it to make CBX strong 3) dogecoin : yes it is old coin but stable

Long term

 - XRP(Ripple) would be good since there are huge talks about financial institutions adopting ripple based system.
 - Waves also seems to be good even though the price is on the lower side now.
 - ETH since i have been a huge fan. If it werent for DAO, ETH wouldve been the most sought after alt-coin.
 

Short term

 - BTC (things might be fiesty just after halving)
 - LTC since its been really tied up with BTC.

Well, you are not going to get reliable analysis and solid no shill tips for free. I have good results using klee's service https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1064374.0 all you need to do is follow the team on Slack, forget about wading through bitcointalk.

I think most profitable altcoin as of now if you can hold for long term litecoin and dogecoin.. but i just choosing well know altcoin because if you invest in new releases altcoin its so risky and it may lose your investment better to check coin marketcap to choose the old altcoin that you can make a profit for holding it for a long time..

if you really want to invest i would look at old altcoin that were not pumped for a long time, somethign like feathercoin may happoen to those alt

I like XDN a lot but it needs some love that's for sure. has active devs and great features like crypto messaging and its the first coin to have block chain deposits that the devs are working to tie proof of activity in with. the network hash rate is a bit low but as more people get on board that will change. when proof of activity is finished XDN is going to be huggge and for the price right now you cant lose. if you prefer a more popular coin though id say DCR is a good bet or EXP
