I think that thinking about you're loved one's is a good way to quit gambling forever.
Because it will make you think that you could have helped them,not wasted money on some gambling activity.

It is really hard to understand for any player what disadvantages gambling in long term and how can it make complicated our life, every unexpected win make us addicted to gamble daily and it is doesn't matter we won or lose, I don't think it is easy to quite and realize that there is no life with gambling.

It's hard indeed so the best thing you can potentially do is to consider your surroundings,
your friends and family and most importantly your life. You will see that life is about other things.

true, but some people are smart enough just to find the weakness of the gambling site and uses it against them,, just like gambling sites or owners, using the weakness of people being greedy. After all, there is still a balance in this world.

Seems like OP is addicted to gambling but quit now, the point is every person have their level intensity of addiction to gambling some are not that addicted and some are wasted. If you really love your family youll stop like OP.

I have seen too many players losing big amount of money on gambling, if they see this post, hopefully they can do some self reflection and think calmly about it. The money would be better spend on food for themself or their family or even donating to charity.

Anyway all human have their own thinking, I don't expect to change people's thinking, just maybe when they see this post, it will help them quit gambling.

The thing is gambling puts us into the dream world, meaning the things we wanna to achieve, to win the pot and tell your wife you made it, and will keep doing it as the lucky is on their side, i remember read someone that won 20btc, some pot and then gambled  with 5 then more 5 then the 10 gone and he made another investement and loose 22 btc in total till he stop.

The more you play for your losses the greater chances to lose on the run, I already experience this kind of situation so better to change your game. When you're into dice why not try your luck to other gambling games like sports betting maybe you have the chance to win.

Gambling is addictive if you'll loose control on managing your funds let's say your betting to much even If your losing hoping that you would gonna win in this case you would suffer big loss I financial but if you're a kind of person that have control and knows the situation then there's no problem at all.

Not all games are the same maybe you are talking about dice game.. or slots.. i don't like those games because i have bad experience for those games.. Or i just bad luck while gamble there.. Unlike sportsbetting  it can easy predict who will win sometimes i can be lose but most of my bet are win..
Also i am not playing poker with computer i am always looking for a real players to play poker. it is better than gamble with computer enemy..

Gambling, like alcohol, drugs, TV, computer games and loads of other things can be a fun distraction for some... and a devastating addiction for others.

I've worked in a real casino and seen both sides...

Like people out on a Friday night looking for a bit of fun, spending a few bucks for a few hours of entertainment... hitting a $100payout and acting like they hit the lottery!

And then I've seen the people at 3am on a Monday morning playing 1¢ slot machines... or the people queued up outside the Casino at Midnight on Xmas Day, because the casino has been closed for 24hrs due to local gambling laws banning gambling on Xmas day. Or, players who hit a $600+ payout on a table game side bet and don't even say "yay", because they're $1500 in the hole for evening.

I've personally taken $15,000 off a player in less than 10 minutes and watched him stare at the empty betting box on the blackjack table in complete silence for 5 minutes after I took his last "Hail Mary" bet.

Me personally, I always go to a casino with a set budget for the evening... and expect to lose all of it... and view it like paying money for a dinner and movie night out. So once my $100 is gone, that's it, the "movie" has finished. Time to go home.

And if I make it out with anything left (or even more than I started with) well that's just a bonus

It can be so, because the OP must have sensed how he got addicted to gambling in the negative. But I think it doesn't matter because the OP wants to give a chance to those who haven't already to those who conduct gambling. Hopefully they are more conscious to do good and gambling did not negatively affect

That is problem with gambling whether you win or lose people will come back to gambling to either to recover loses or to make more profits. But in reality one need a some luck to win money in gamble and if we play regularly we can't win always. So don't gamble to make profits and play for fun sometimes and enjoy the games you like most.

If you gamble in moderation and use it as entertainment then its fine

I think gambling is not totally negative action , it has positive sides , and not all gamblers lose their money , a part of them have made good profit . I think that depends on the person himself , take it easy , gambling is not a big challenge , it is just for fun , you can gamble with small amounts which won't make you poor if you lost .

Not all people can really have a good prediction on spprt games because although people said that it is the most profitable to earn money but for me that is not really profitable because i cant predict which is really good to bet so i would still peefer dice came although i have so much loss there on particular site

Nice story man. I also want quit from gambling, but it's really hard to do it. But from now, i will quit from gambling and not ruined again my life.
