I always wanted to stop gambling but the urge and greed in me always prevails, but I did quit before when online gambling was not yet a thing because I was fed up on going to casinos and other gambling places and of course the biggest reason was losing a ton of money so I stopped for awhile then I got back at it again when I found out how I can gamble online which is unfortunate, but at least I do try to limit myself now and just gamble very small amounts of money using mostly bitcoin just to satisfy my urge and I'm pretty ok with that.

it is not an answer. we can play gambling with fixed focus loved one. even many people who can be happy someone due to their own money for winning in the game of gambling.

i think one of the reason why marriage does not last long because of every partner bad habits and we all can say that gambling is a bad habits because we're talking about money here and money is not just like a poop that you can get if want. we're making money through hardwork and if we gambling and lose all of our savings just like i said thats why marriage does not long so much better if quit gambling and enjoy your money with your partner.

Some of what you say here is true but that doesnt mean gambling will ruin your life. If you have an addictive personality and cannot control when to stop gambling, then yes you prob shouldnt gamble. If you have self control and just wanna toss a few dollars around here n there then youll be fine.

That is certainly true, but most people don't intend to cultivate a gambling problem.   It just happens, and no one ever thinks they can get addicted.  Everyone thinks they can stop before that happens, before they cross the line.

Props to people who actually do quit.  It's not easy.

The better solution near to me is that every person start gambling thinking that they can control themselves and will not lose so for continuing that aim they have to make a schedule for themselves and before starting gambling they have to promise to themselves that they will strictly follow their schedule so in that schedule they have to keep an affordable amount to spend and a limited time to play.

Hi everyone, want to share my story here, I was once a gambler that I can gamble big amount of money in one day, I have this thinking that maybe I can make a living off gambling and get rich. I won big before but I lost back on the other day too.

And once you lost, you will try to recover back your lost amount and from there, the snowball just keep rolling, and you find yourself in bad mood everyday as you will keep on depositing all your savings and always hoping to recover back your loss. I have seen too many people losing big amount of money in Bitcoin Gambling.

Think for your family, your parents, your loved ones, your wife or kids, they love you, do not let gambling ruin your life, many people are always thinking they will win big from gambling and get rich in one night.

It happens, but out of 10000 people, maybe just 1 person are that lucky to really win a huge amount of money for him to retire.

Human concept always look at the lucky guy and envy him and thinking they will be the next him, but out of 10000 people, 9999 people have lost big, so why do you want to hurt yourself and your loved ones.

Yes, that's right. We heard a lot of stories how gambling ruined somebody's life. And that is just horrible. but I think everything depends from concrete person. For example my boyfriend also likes poker and slot machines games (he plays it online), but we never had any big problem if he looses. He is playing with bitcoin only that he gets from commenting. So we never loose money from our salaries or something like that.

Yeah there are people who are so into gambling already that losing all the time would be a reason to continue gambling instead of quitting, basically because it's in their system already and the urge to get back the losses has more weight that logic. It is true, btw, i have stumbled an article, it is quite a story, actually a good story for those who chase losses and how bad it is to a person, this story is about a guy who think of stopping but the urge of getting the money he lost ends up losing more.  This may give us a lesson and even a good advice on how we must face losses in gambling.

And if that gets worst his family will be affected with it. When greediness is always working to him that will make a bad result to his family for real. Since he is greedy and addicted with bitcoin, no matter what happens he is going to think about the profit that he can possibly get with gambling and he will set his family to be the least priority and make gambling as first priority.
