If you are truly addicted to gambling, then you should stop playing completely. But for me, I just gamble for entertainment and set aside a small amount of money each week to use for gambling. If you set rules and stick by them, it can be fun.

I agree if someone is really addicted must stop gambling completely. Will not get any good if someone is addicted, the loss will come slowly or even directly. And one that must be stopped is if a person has begun to assume that gambling is wrong. It would be absurd if someone who knew something was wrong but continued. But ok if someone did not think gambling is wrong, it all depends on how to treat it and take it.

All he will do is blame his misfortune in gambling and not directly himself, that is being a coward attitude of a gambler and with that he will not succeed to be a successful gambler. Dont compare a real gambler and a fool. There are alot of differences between two however a real gambler wont use any necessary fund that is needed. Im quite sure that there are alot of people that actually use those needed funds however some people actually are sane enough to control what they use for gambling

I don't believe that these people you are referring to is many because most stories end up to family broke up due to gambling problems like financial abuses. So to make it better for these affected families who their head of the family binded by extreme gambling activities, must decide to quit for good, and should choose the family who they really loved and not the material things like gambling. He must build a strong family relation and regrow the trust that has been lost because of this disappointing situations caused by gambling.

The most interesting thing I ever watched on TV a program about those who have won a large sum of money. A lot of these people after a win had a lot to drink and not work. After a few years of this life they die. To win you need to be prepared.

We also from the beginning has had to look for life partner who understands our work, so there's no problem that's important to this case, we still can handle both.

which is really uncommon to most gamblers most of them really get serious problem which they can no longer control their addictions and agree with you, if you can still balance your priorities in life you can still continue but if not its really needed to asses their selves since gambling addiction will really results into serious bankruptcy.

I totally agree with you, let's quit gambling, or at least not should be addicted to it too much. I used to be like you, I also gambled a lot and consequently I lost almost all of my money. My parents' and my wife's and children's lives were also affected by the repayment of my debt. I consider it to be the lifeblood experience of my life. Now, I joined the business and life hours have been more stable. I want to say that you should not be so addicted to gambling, they will ruin your life and your loved ones. If you still like to gamble, watch it as an entertaining game and do not care too much about it

It is not bad to gamble if you can control it, just like what you have said, being addicted on it may affect the relations that you have in your families, your love ones and other important people in your life. We have to be realistic here, that gambling is not the only way for us to earn easy money, there is a lot out there actually, we just have to open our door and explore the other things and not just this gambling, because it won't bring any good fortune to us.

I agree. But there are just some people who has gambling at the very top of their priorities and they're even willing to compromise their relationship with their families and friends for it. In my personal observation,It's pretty hard practice to quit.As myself gambling addiction is one of the hardest problems to stop.But I was tried my best possible way to stop and recover from gambling unfortunately fully not.I thing it's now under my control of and only gambling on my best research basis.

In the end you need to quit when you are not doing well, your family matters a lot and although your intention is good to make fast and easy money but it's not happening as you expected. Gambling is a business for the rich people and they are getting richer because of us, it's not that we should not play gambling but we have to be wise all the time and since it's risky but fun, we just have to deal with fun alone.

It is not that easy for someone to quit something if it becomes his habit, rather than an addiction, because addiction can be cure while habit can't, because our body have been used to it already, and we can't live a day without doing it, and it goes the same with gambling. Those who are addicted to it can't quit gambling easily even though they want to for their love ones, it is not just enough for them to quit it because they still have something to do.

And that is to win all back the money that they have lost on it, and win more money on it.

Actually it is only a line of thread that separates fun and addiction.  Once we are hooked on the entertainment gambling brings to us, then it is almost an addiction if we failed to control it.  I do agree that if we are in this kind of situation, we can think of our love ones and family to pull ourselves out of the addiction or being hooked in gambling and take control of the situation again.
