I think that the block halving day the bitcoin price is down
you can see now the price is down to $620, but after the block halving the price will rise slowly.

Bitcoin is unpredictable and we dont know what will happen after block halving if the price of bitcoin will increase or not.. instead decreasing the price..
So i think its better to wait after block halving because its risky if the price of bitcoin will decrease below 600 value..

You can sell the bitcoins any time if you can, but what I'm doing is that I am going to hold the bitcoin for more few months if the price is going to be increased a little bit. Since the price of bitcoin is lower than it was yesterday then I expect that the bitcoin price will be increased. People who are in hurry and are inpatient sell the coins and maybe sometimes they are right.

Its impossible to predict what the market will do, i supposed that i will go up till halving (and now is going down), and first days after halving going down. But sell if you need the money, and wait for higher prices in months or few years if you don't need now the money.

Yeah same here and i think the price will go up even we are seen that the price is decreasing these days the price still can be increase more after block halving.. so better to hold your bitcoins tightly and dont spend it or sell it right now or you will regret soon.

I thought that the price will rise just before the halving which didn't happen as expected, after the halving i don't think it will rise shortly after it, it may takes few days before..

No. There's absolutely no reason for that to happen. In a few months? Perhaps. It's not an instant deal.

gentlemand is right,you cannot expect that halving is something magic that just make's price shoot's up for no reason,no that is not going to happen.
We can see rise of btc price at and after halving,but it is not anything strange,probably a small rise,but we can think that in next 2-3 months it might get there.

Due to the supply of bitcoins declining, there is a possibility that the price may rise and even the number of miners would decrease. Well, in the case of bitcoins, anything is possible. The speed at which the price rises, it drops even faster than that and hence I don't get why people get so much affected with the unstability when it has been going on for years.

I will not sell or buy, I`m just doing same thing I always do. Halving is important day for bitcoin, and in my opinion price should rise in next few months, of course its just my prediction, optimistic one. Cutting block rewards will decrease income, and in economy when that happen and demand stay the same price should rise, I expect demand to increase in next few years, so its logical to assume that price will go up.
I`m exited that I`m part of all this, and for me its good as long btc have a high price. I think 2 my monthly salaries for one btc is high price, but its again just my opinion based on my experience.
We will see, halving is very close, I believe few months after halving we will see how much is bitcoin strong currency.

I'm personally thinking that the market might spike a bit after the halving, but I'm going to keep doing what I have been doing for the past 6 months and keep holding whatever I have in my wallet. It feels far more rewarding having more Bitcoin tucked away than it would feel exchanging all of it, especially considering the future prospects of Bitcoin and what can potentially happen in it's future.

I was thinking about the price behaviour for about two day's (at halving) and im really still not sure yet
I guess no one is,it is really hard to predict.But most people among this forum expect it to rise just after halving,so probably it will happen like that,i also think this way.

i have heard from my friend that halving is expecting on sun day. any way Saturday or Sunday not a big difference. but the issue is the either the price of bitocin will increase or decrease after halving. to me i can see that the price will increase. and may be cross the all time high lever. it is also possible that the bitcoin will crs 1000 USD level.

the same for me, all my thoughts are into what bitcoin price is going to be fter the bitcoin price growth because if it will drop then the effects will be disastrous as most people will sell coins
