It's not on hold, it is unconfirmed (actually, it confirmed a few blocks ago).
I've rebroadcasted the transaction a few times and will do so until it confirms which seems to have helped.
The fees are OK for normal times, however I have missed the peak in mempool transactions right before sending the coins, so it ended up being too little.
