As far as I'm aware you can just put your signature/avatar/personal message in and start posting and you'll be added in the next payout. If not you didn't really lose anything either, so might as well just go ahead.
Next payday is tomorrow, so you can always just wait until you get an official go. You probably won't be making the required posts by tomorrow anyways.

The campaign manager hasn't come back to this thread yet. It's stated in the rules that you will be added (or not) during the next payouts, which have not occurred yet for the on-going round.
You should be clear within less than a day, but in either case it helps to read the rules thoroughly and not just to jump on everything without knowing what's going on.

We're not really sure now because as I see the campaign wallet now, there is funds already been put in it. So it's Lutpin's decision to do a double week or not, we will see.

It's obvious payments are going to roll shortly because he said and I quote "payments will be processed once I got enough to cover the round." and since he's gotten enough by virtue of the wallet being filled I see no reason why he will go against his word.
