Come on how could we have been following a campaign thread of 78 pages? You should have updated the original post imo. I sent you at least 3 messages informing that I wasn't even going to post until the next enrollment (which was mentioned Monday) so I wouldn't get the post count complicated for you. You didn't even show the courtesy of replying "enrollments are on hold". Just 4 words!

If there are no funds to pay the users, maybe you should lower the bounty instead of attracting peoples attention with it. You already have several users that have been inactive for a while now. That already shows you are having a hard time paying after what you said here.

It would've been nice if you could deny applications ahead of time. I've just spent 3 weeks making some 300 posts worth of free advertising in return for literally nothing.
The spreadsheet even clearly stated two free spots in the Hero/Legendary bracket.

I doubt that anyone here was being deliberately deceptive, but I feel quite cheated nonetheless.
If you knew right away that you wouldn't be enrolling any Hero/Legendary you could've said so before people spent 3 weeks sporting a signature thinking that they would at least get in in the third round after what happened during the earlier two weeks.
