Bitfloor gives you .1% USD rebate if your order gets filled. Someone is getting .02 sized buy orders filled, sending the btc to satoshidice then getting the winnings returned to them and putting up sell orders at a higher price.

I had no idea what was going on. I was watching the ticker from a few exchanges and the Clark Moody BitFloor site kept playing the connection failure sound. lol

It was fun to watch but I think the dust has settled for now.
