I can nearly guarantee you an order tomorrow afternoon.  My mining operation is a joint venture with my best friend.  I have to run it by him first even though I know the answer is yes.  Its just an ethics thing for me since technically my answer is only 50% of the equation!  I suppose if you brought the money invested in it I technically have the 51% majority, but again he's my best friend so to me - its a 50/50 thing.
