Anyone ever stop gambling? but then gamble again?

I used to say I was going to quit a lot then always came back. Now if I go on a losing streak I take some time off knowing I
will come back but just not forcing it when my games arnt winning.

It is very common thing for all gamblers when they lost something big than suddenly took decision to quit gambling, after a day they start thinking to get start again because it is natural feeling when think we can get recover, that is the reason we never can stop that.

Exactly because when I lost around 0.2 btc on cloudbet I remember I become very upset and did a promise to myself to never gamble again but soon in 3-4 days once I again gained some funds I started to gamble again and even though I remembered what promise I did to myself.

I do, whenever I lose big amount of money in gambling I usually regret and think of stopping in gambling but days later I gamble again, it is really hard to stay away in gambling when you are hooked to it already, maybe we need to lose big to the point that we don't have money to gamble again.

i guess you addicted already to gamble according to your confession. once you promised to do not gamble again but you did it in the next days/weeks then you are a gambling addict.

No, I have totally quit gambling and never gamble anymore.

At the moment, I mainly just play PC games or watch movies at home, and sometimes I meet up my friends for lunch or dinner and play some sports together.

Yes actually you cant really never quit gamble because once you started because you really need to recover your loss if you are not recovering it, you got not satisfy feeling about this and really want to get it thats why you keep coming back but you need to take cautios because this is gambling sometimes you can recover it and sometimes you may not so it still depends on your luck

yeah, i do that too many times already, i'm getting bored, because i have too many extra time due to i have a 2-3 hrs job almost everyday. Just to have some excitement and thrill. Haha.

i think it is the history of every gambler. about every gambler had tried it again and again to stop gambling but after some time they start it gain and that is the real addicting of gambling. i personally did it for 3 to 4 times but every time i started it aga. i think that is the situation of almost evry gambler.

Some people stop gambling for a reason. They stop it coz they have no money to gamble or they lose there money in gambling. But if they think there lost i think they come back again for gambling to return there lose.
But if i were you dont come again in gambling bcoz theres no good profit you get. You must stop gambling for your good future.

Well i think once a gambler, always a gambler. It may not always involve money but a gambler is good at risking. I often negotiate with my friends with many kinds of betting with different kinds of gigs. I often feel easy once the game is on. As a gambler, i didn't really stop gambling but sometimes i bet smaller amounts. Mostly to regain money i've spent during that same day.

It's not that easy to stop your gambling attitude because you would always learn every details from your surroundings before you bet. I am referring to real time/life gambling.

That is very good. It is a hobby ! If you have a hobby such like PC gaming or model planes or something, you will not spend all on it ? Then why not the same as for gambling ? This is right I think.

That's like stop smoking than start smoking again. It is all in your head. If you look at it like "stopping and starting again" you will never stop at all. Just get in control of yourself and even if you smoke or gamble or drink alcohol, dont overdo it. That's the key. Do not distress yourself like "oh no i said myself not to gamble ever again but i think i will" That's also a bad thing. Never say never :p

(snorting cocain or injecting heroin are all in another league by the way, you either start doing those, or never do them. once you start it is over)

I do not know but I think that gambling is not even close to addictions such as smoking.
Because gambling can easily be detached from yourself only if you have a strong will power while if you are smoking you feel drowsy without it even if you do not smoke for 1 day.

My friend almost do that and always  say after loosing "I'm quit gambling now I'm always loosing my money bluh bluh bluh " and the next day you will see it gamble again 😂😂  crazy people and then after lost they say it again.

I do I stop gambling when i don't have btc and then back again when i have earn few btc
I don't do it regularly though I save my btc most of the time to which I prefer investing it to some valuable coins to which I actively trade on exchange sites. those that i gamble are the one I earn thru signature.

I only stop if ever i had lost my balance and keep coming back after a week. Im still trying and hoping that one day ill win big thats what keep me from coming back.

yes, all of us wants to win. even I wanting to have a good amount of winning someday. 
But I can also manage my money in gambling, I can control myself in betting so when I stop I can actually go back whenever I wanted, Because I do have a money to gamble, yes not really a big amount but it is enough for me. I just trying my luck.
