you mean all , ALL? everything you have? that just gonna be the end of your career , the end of your life. not only stopping you to gamble but even could make you stopped to life , as there is no motivation and have got broke already.

to avoid it all , people should treat gambling better. not just a money moker which really dangerous.

I am very sure a lot of people will be guilty of this especially for people who have witnessed one unprecedented loss then made up his mind that I am not going to move close to this thing again then after a while the spirit just came and said ' you can actually recover everything you have lost by just trying this time" and zoom one is back there again. yes it is also my own experience in my house, as one of my uncle has is addicted to gambling and he tried his best for so many times to stop gambling but still he is not succeeded, and most likely i will say that even though he uses all the tracks and methods  to overcome but he only succeeded  not more than for a month or so and after that he started gambling again for every time.

The gamblers will decide to stop gambling when they met big loss or lose everything what they have. Suddenly it is not possible, but some gamblers will control their emotions and stop gambling completely. After few months again they come back to play gambling. I saw this kind of gamblers. But this kind of gamblers will not get addict one more time to gambling. They will completely play with their control because they know how it hurts when they lose everything in gambling.

It would really be very hard to remove it from someone's system if gambling has been a part of their daily lives. I also have an aunt who separated and left my uncle because of this. My uncle initially stopped gambling because they've been fighting over that vice a lot. Though it happened that after my uncle came across gambling again one time, he continued doing it without my aunt knowing and unfortunately that ruined their family

Anyone who will struggle to stop must learn in a hard way, this people will stop once they lose an amount that is big enough that could already affect greatly on his finances. The moment the budget of the family will be affected, there is already a big problem that is happening and that person should quit gambling for good.

It is the only way to stop them for real by letting them experience the hard way of losing. And for sure that they are going to regret it, because there are people who are struggling that they can't overcome gambling. But once they are going to lose everything then that is going a lesson learned for them and it's up to them if they are going to learn from it.

But it's too late if the way to stop through the hard way of losing and affected his family.
No, it's not the only way to stop, I think.
People will trigger to stop when they lose or get warn from family or friends.
All about losses that others share here are good examples too.
I do gamble before and nothing too worry as I play in safety way, and just come back few months ago because so much adverts from gambling sites to try.

Well at least you admitted that you are guilty for doing this because not just you but many of us has been doing this for a longer time.

We say that we are going to stop and quit gambling for real so that we are not going to lose a lot of money.

loosing all you have is not the requirement for stopping from gambling. maybe you will stop from gambling if you realize that you are just wasting your time to this kind of play where you will bet your money with no assurance of winning and then you will just lose.you will realize that finding a job with that time that consumes in gambling is way better.

Well when I lost big and thought I  would never gamble it barely lasted few hours. While watching fifa match I knew I had a excellent chance of winning and I played the bet. It was 2 nil and I was very happy and then became 2-2 and in dying seconds, my team scored winning goal. I realised it's the thrill for me and the fun that comes with it. Or let's say it's my passion to win that keeps me pulling back to it, cause I can't accept defeat, so I keep playing till I win, just can't accept defeat.

I think it would be included on the requirement for you to stop gambling completely since if you dont have any money already you cant really play gambling at all since you dont have any penny on your pocket.Tell me on how a person would play if he dont have money?Definitely he cant.

Gambling addiction couldnt really give us positive results on our life but only the situation of getting broke.We might earn for faster periods but we do lose on a blink of an eye and most people do quit and play again because of the addiction they had which always comes through their minds to play gambling no matter what.

Losing life is too much for gambling. There were really some who kept their words that when stop they really stop. Unfortunately most of the time those who said they will quit really quit but maybe for two days or more will back because they don't find something that suits their interest more. Losing life is too much for gambling. There were really some who kept their words that when stop they really stop. Well I think that's whats happening to people who have gambling embedded too deep in their system already that it affects them mentally and emotionally when they stop. I think these types of people are the ones that shouldn't have started gambling in the first place because whatever they do now, it would be hard for themselves or the people around them to stop them from returning to their gambling routine. if you can control yourself and your urges, then it's ok to return to gambling at times but if not, it's best to not think about starting at all

No, that's not true. Everyone can quit when they say they want to, when we say we stop, we stop. Other gamblers don't come back because they love the feel of it, but because they see money in it. Curiosity alone isn't a good reason to come back to gambling, But curiosity on how fast you can win or how big you can win could really make you come back to gambling.
