Just say all of those addictions are completely tough to quit so whether it is with gambling. We are going to come back with it again and again unless you have strong courage to yourself that once you quit, you'll never come back from but this is one of the hardest words to promise to ourselves. Quitting is not easy if the urge to gamble is still big, you only quit when you are afraid in doing it again due to the past bad experience like you have been bankrupt or you have destroy your family relationship. But as long as we will not experience that, we are still going to gamble and worst thing if it will be done regularly. The definition of gambling as fun does not need to be done regularly, otherwise that is not fun anymore, it's just a sole addiction.

Regarding on smoking its really hard since its attached already to our body and when we tend to stop our body will really crave for that smoke that your body got used to it. that idea will not effective i think , you have to make sure your problem on gambling addiction solved to the roots. store your bitcoin in the vault will only hold/delay your addiction to come back , at least go to a psychiatrist as i think it was brain disease.

Yes I can relate to you regarding the smoking thingy. However, gambling is a different arena for me. I tried to quit, then went to gamble again, I'm still gamble up to this day although not as much as before. I just gamble to have some fun or it someone ask me to go with them to play in a casino. Because I'm having a hard time saying NO to a friend and I think because I'm the one who teaches them how to gamble in the first place that why I still go with them but I don't play or bet as before.

The smoking addiction and gambling addiction both are different. You will smoke to release your stress and if you get to know it will spoil your health and definitely you will stop smoking because everyone love their lives. But gambling is not like that this is money matter. If you want to quit gambling completely, first you must stop to loving money then only it is possible. Why people are addicted to gambling means it's easy money. If you don't have love for money, then you will not try for easy money right.

Totally correct, no one can leave from gambling and for who already quit, they will come back to gambling again in the day whose they never know and i believe only who have a faith that can leave from gambling.

I have left gambling now and let's see how many days I can resist myself. I am not a hardcore gambler but after estimating my earnings since last 3 months and the money I have now, I came to know that I busted quite too much.

I have made several promises to myself in past for leaving gambling but none worked, hopefully this time I can really quit gambling. And hey guys by quit I mean I can happily gamble 0.001 daily so I will still gamble little amounts but trying to cut down the addiction and the big losses.

Absolutely right, I have left gambling like more than 10 times in my life or you can say that with every big loss of mine comes a commitment that i will never gamble again but that's just like a bubble of smoke which goes away the next day.

Most of times i want to stop. Want to dont bet but cant control my ambitient. There r football matches on TV and i cant control myself for not bet. Watchin match for a while then bet. If we're in neutral, neutral here for me is when we're feeling empty, do not get the expected pleasure and also do not feel disappointed, I think it would be easier to stop.
