Most of times i want to stop. Want to dont bet but cant control my ambitient. There r football matches on TV and i cant control myself for not bet. Watchin match for a while then bet. It becomes routine. Lots of gamblers addict to win possibility feeling. I have this addict too. Waitin for each teams goal is excitement if i bet for goals or waitin for selected team's win. It gives different feeling and that feeling im addict. Like drug. Like smoke.
 

That's the ultimate stopping point for all of us, we stop when we have nothing to gamble. It's alright actually as long as you will not get any money that you cannot afford to lose anymore, it's the limitation that is important because if we will let our anger, that emotion will control us when we lose and though we are doing it to chase our loses but most of the time we end up nothing and will aggravate our loses even more.

Patience isn't enough to quit gambling, this type of scenario is normal for all of us who are gambling. Determination is also needed and you need to stop your greediness. All types of addiction isn't that very easy to quit. We can quit for a while but I do admit that we are going to come back again and again. That happened to me for so many times until today. Just say all of those addictions are completely tough to quit so whether it is with gambling. We are going to come back with it again and again unless you have strong courage to yourself that once you quit, you'll never come back from but this is one of the hardest words to promise to ourselves. No I'm not that worse or like other addicted gamblers i don't quit i agree but i  don't come back tomorrow and start gambling again i wait for a few months and collect some extra funds for gambling. If I'm able to collect those then i can gamble or i have to wait for 3 more months to gamble again
